London, England

We had a 23 hour layover in London, so we got a chance to do some site seeing.  We found a Marks & Spencer (like our Trader Joes or Whole foods) and stocked up on some great picnic food.
The few times we had booked a hotel in advance, we ended up walking past a few dozen hotels before we found the one we booked.  I think often times it’s easier to wing it.
Jen stress testing the bridge and measuring the deflection.
The food was great in London, I put on a few pounds!  After being in Italy for  a week we were craving any type of food besides Italian.  You really start to miss the variety of foods available in the US, there aren’t many Indian, Mexican, Thai, or Chinese restaurants in Europe.
